Terms of Service
Last updated: June 30, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the SwaraOS platform and website, operated by TNENI Labs LLC ("TNENI Labs", "we", "us") (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of a business, you represent that you are authorized to bind that business.
1. The Service
SwaraOS provides an AI voice receptionist that answers calls, books appointments, takes payments, and integrates with calendar and point-of-sale tools on your behalf, according to the call flows you configure.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must provide accurate information and promptly update it. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms or that pose a security or abuse risk.
3. Pricing & billing
- The Service is billed on usage — per call minute handled by the AI agent — with no setup fees, monthly minimums, or per-seat charges, unless otherwise agreed in a written enterprise arrangement.
- Usage is metered and charged to your payment method on file. Telephony and third-party costs may apply depending on your configuration.
- Charges are non-refundable except where required by law. We may update pricing with reasonable advance notice.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Violate any law, including telemarketing, robocalling, recording-consent, or data-protection rules.
- Place or facilitate unsolicited, deceptive, or harassing calls or messages.
- Infringe others' rights, or transmit malicious or unlawful content.
- Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.
You are responsible for obtaining any consents and providing any disclosures required for calls your agents handle, including call-recording and monitoring notices where applicable.
5. Third-party services
The Service integrates with third-party providers (e.g., Telnyx, Twilio, Stripe, Google, Cal.com, Toast, Clover, Square). Your use of those integrations is subject to their terms, and we are not responsible for their services or availability.
6. Your content & data
You retain ownership of the data and configurations you provide. You grant us a limited license to process that data solely to operate and improve the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy.
7. Availability & changes
We work to keep the Service reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features, and we will aim to give reasonable notice of material changes.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law. AI systems can make mistakes; you are responsible for reviewing outcomes that matter to your business.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SwaraOS will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or revenues. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amounts you paid us in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.
10. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms or to protect the Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends; certain provisions survive.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
